This two-story condominium, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, features a spacious layout and a large balcony overlooking a beautiful pool.

Access

Guests have exclusive use of the condo and balcony. PACIFICO amenities, including the pools, sports complex, and Beach Club, are shared with other guests.

Description

  • The main living space has a large kitchen with breakfast bar seating, a dishwasher, and a laundry closet with a stackable washer/dryer.
  •  Continue into the dining space with seating for 6 and a comfortable living room with floor to ceiling sliding doors to the covered balcony.
  • Off the main living space are a full bathroom and two of the bedrooms - one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds.
  •  Adjacent to the living space is the spacious master bedroom with a king-size bed and access to the balcony.
  •  There is also a large, walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and vanity with double sinks.
  • The unit can comfortably sleep 6 and is one of the closest buildings to the pedestrian gate, for easy access to town.

Located right next to the main street, PACIFICO is the premier development in Playas del Coco.
